Aluminum plastic film for battery packaging

It is used in extrusion composite production of plastics, plastic/aluminum foil composite films, etc., especially for hot-melt production of battery packaging films.

The equipment adopts the chaotic mixing extrusion technology, multi-layer co-extrusion technology, high peel strength technology of “Huilong” company, etc.

  1. Mechanical speed: Maximum 100m/min, production speed depends on material and process;
  2. Roller width: 1200mm;
  3. Effective composite width: 650~1100mm;
  4. Extrusion resin: PP and modified PP (MFR-5~15);
  5. Screw specification and extrusion rate: The maximum extrusion rate of the screw with a diameter of 65mm is 120kg/h (calculated by extruding LDPE), and the maximum extrusion rate of the screw with a diameter of 90mm is 300kg/h (calculated by extruding LDPE);
  6. Co-extrusion method: Co-extrusion before die;
  7. Thickness of extruded resin: 20~100μm, thickness uniformity ±3%;
  8. Temperature control mode: The temperature module is controlled separately, the range is 0~400℃;
  9. Main unwinding: Pneumatic clamping shaftless loading, the maximum roll diameter is 800mm;
  10. Rewinding form: Pneumatic clamping shaftless loading, the maximum winding diameter is 1000mm;
  11. Unwinding substrate: Aluminum or aluminum/nylon composite film (10~50gsm)
  1. More energy-saving: instead of using blown polypropylene base material, multi-layer co-extrusion is used to shorten the process flow;
  2. High precision: precisely control the temperature of post-heating treatment, so that the composite film containing 40μm aluminum foil is completely wrinkle-free;
  3. High peel strength: The peel strength of the composite film can reach 16N/15mm, which fully meets the packaging requirements of power batteries;
